Ok, yesterday was my rest day. I did not do any exercise, but am planning to do the T25 stretch as scheduled and adding one 21 day fix extreme. If you ask me, i like their upper body dvd and i am kind of obsessed with building muscle definition on the upper body. However, Friday was my double day with Shaun T and upper body was already in the equation. So, that means, i need to pick something else. We will see what, maybe dirty 30 extreme or lower body exercise or… Maybe I will pick core speed from focus T25.
